After a much needed two week getaway, I’m back with a fresh new episode, and who better a producer to set off my return but me! Episode 28, which happens to be my favorite number, starts off with a beat I released during the 2008 election season, and Breez Evahflowin took it and quickly laid out some real powerful verses in support of a particular candidate. It spread like wildfire around the web, and we put it on our Troublemakers release Remixes, Releases, Robots!. The song was called “TM4O” and if you have half a brain you can figure out what that stands for. I’m not much into politics however, so no more politician endorsements from me ever again, and for good reason. Second up is a track I produced around the time one of my best friends, John “Stroe” Wilson died from brain cancer. I call it “Never Forget” and I recorded some verses for it and even recited the first one at his funeral in Negril Jamaica, but it was a personal tribute and at that time I was not willing to share outside of the immediate fam. Lastly is another unreleased joint I produced titled “Much Better”, inspired by the desire to make it in this industry. Hope you enjoy. Let me know what you think. Peace! – Dirt E. Dutch, Beat Feed
